Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include taxes where relevant (VAT). VAT may be deducted for customers in the Channel Islands only if both billing and shipping addresses are within the Channel Islands.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed either by PayPal or Shopify (Shop Pay). Payment is taken at the point of purchase. If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be notified and either an alternative item or a refund will be processed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please refer to Delivery for information about our delivery policy.
Whilst the stock you see on our site is in stock, occasionally we have stock discrepancies and therefore all items offered on our website are subject to availability. Your order to us demonstrates that you intend to purchase a product. The purchase is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you.
Shipping charges for returns are not free of charge unless there is a proven fault with the item/s or if we have made an error in packing.
Customs and Duty - International orders (not EU)
Handling and customs duty and taxes may apply to any delivery outside the EU. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid prior to delivery. Manby International Sportswear is not responsible for the payment of customs or duty or handling charges levied on international orders, nor the time that orders may be held in customs. When ordering item/s from us, you agree to pay all customs duties/import taxes/local VAT which may be imposed by the local government. Local authorities may be contacted for detailed quotes on tariffs. We cannot accept return items for which the customer does not wish to pay import taxes/customs duty/VAT levied by local governments. If you refuse to accept delivery you will still be responsible for the purchase of the item/s, delivery charges as well as the import taxes/customs duty/VAT. You can claim this back easily through the relevant channels if you return the item in perfect unworn condition. Customs duty varies from country to country and is not always levied. You may still return the item to us following our full returns policy and we will refund you the item. We reserve the right to hold any duties we are charged until such time as we are refunded by UK Government Revenue and Customs.
Discount codes/gift vouchers
Discounts/discount codes/gift vouchers have to be applied at the point of purchase and may not be applied retrospectively. It is not possible to combine discounts. Gift certificates may not be extended beyond their original expiry date and must be used within the original time period in order to be valid.
